Finally moving next week! The comic store man gave me a bunch of boxes for free. You wouldn’t believe how much they’re charging for cardboard boxes when they know you need them. Every time I drive on my regular roads I remind myself that they won’t be my regular roads for much longer.

The Walking Dead TP Vol. 14, 15, & 16 - Got these for a dollar each!
So I walk in and ask my girlfriend what she’s watching on the TV. She says it’s one of those 28 Days Later movies, but it’s “real bad”. She’s right, it looks like it was shot on an iPhone and the acting is worse than community theater Shakespeare. It was actually 28 Months After, a purposefully misleading title, which felt like someone filmed their own The Walking Dead fan fiction film. There was action, love, betrayal, but very few actual infected. In the spirit of this accident, we also watched another fan knockoff film, Alien: Rubicon. Despite featuring a cease and desist tempting Xenomorph on the poster, no alien monster in the movie. Instead, the plot centered around an alien orb ship slowly floating over cities and gently destroying everything in its path while marines and gmen gasped in control rooms. It was actually a pretty competent Evangelion movie, but it lacked any giant robots. Truthfully, there may have been an alien or a giant robot, but I wouldn’t know because I couldn’t sit through the last ten minutes.
