This restaurant called Talula’s Table is known for having the most difficult reservation in America. We found that to be innaccurate, it’s really easy to get a reservation if you don’t care when you’re going. We booked about 10 months ago and marked our calendars. The food was ‘round’.

There’s some wild scenery out in the South West, I now understand why so many artists portray it in depictions of America while ignoring the East. Part of the reason for that is you can see so far. There’s plenty of beauty on the East side of America but you can’t see further than a few hundred feet in front of you. We stopped for chimichangas in Arizona, the birthplace of the deep fried burrito. This was probably the best thing we ate on the trip. It looks like it’s going to be heavy and sloppy, but it tasted surprisingly light and fresh. I think of it as a South West chicken pot pie. This is comics related because Deadpool likes chimichangas or something. This spot seemed to be famous for chimichangas like Pats and Genos are for cheesesteaks. The seats we sat on were 200 degrees from cooking in the desert heat.
